In this thread, I want to create a list with links to author's profiles on other sites. If you're an author yourself, please post links to where readers can find you and I'll add the information to this first post.
In general, I think I've seen authors of our community use three other plattforms to post their stories. But please let me know if I'm missing any.
This is something I didn't want to ever have to do, but the time has come to admit my limitations and my mistakes. The forum is going to close in November. Here's the main reasons why:
1) While writing is a tool I use to help with my mental health, it is not the only tool I use. At this point keeping the forum alive for the sake of my mental health will end up causing more problems than relieving them. I'm also going to teach at a much larger...
Hi all. I meant to include ways of staying in touch in my last announcement post, but forgot about it due to the craziness of real life.
I'm sure at some point down the road someone will try and revive this type of forum. Or maybe some other story websites exist that I or someone else doesn't know about. Either way, the biggest gripe I had about The Black Van shutting down was how the admin team told us then immediately disabled the website to...
Our forum is a place for stories written by humans for humans, as they tend to spark the kind of meaningful dialog between authors and readers that we value. While AI can be a useful tool during the creative process, we want the author of a story to be the person posting it, not the software they used.
AI can be used for tasks such as research, translation, brainstorming, and proofreading. However, we do not want the forum to be...
Posting a story on here has a bit of a learning curve to it, so don't feel bad if you need to refer back to this thread multiple times. I had to double check plenty of times when I was new here.

The first post here explains the rules for using tags. The second post provides a brief explanation of each tag, though most should be self-explanatory.
Our Way (The Chairman of the board, is rolling in his grave laughing his white, dead ass off)
And now the end is near
So we face the final curtain
My friend, I'll say it clear
I'll state our case of which I'm certain
We've lived a life that's full
We've traveled each and every highway
And more, much more than this
We wrote it our way
Regrets, we've had a few
But then again, too few to mention
We did what we had to do
And saw it through without...

Why post it here at all? This story owes a lot to RA, and giving...
Hunger... I ripple across the dimensional membranes drawing parts of them into myself, consuming and mingling them with my own inner dimensions, consuming their uniqueness and energy trapped in them, suddenly I start slipping and I am slammed against a sharp edge, flattened and pulled through, it hurts so much, I emerge in a rigid flat place and I am exploding in the few directions that exist, I instinctively wrap myself in a membrane to protect

She didn’t mean to stare at Jason’s erection for so long. That wasn’t exactly polite. She wouldn’t want him to shamelessly ogle her boobs while she was asleep either. But the longer she looked, the more harmless his hard-on felt, and she found comfort in that. The contrast between Jason’s relaxed posture and the eager throbbing of his dick began to amuse her.
Why don't women get vengeance? Why is it always men? Why did Carl get to go on with his life without any consequences? She needed him to be taught a lesson. She needed to make him see what he had done. To make him recognise the fact of his abuse and know that she was not his victim anymore.
She spent two years of planning and fantasising about this moment, she was not going to let it all fall apart now. .
I have just dragged my worn knickers down my legs. Janet grabs the offending—and quite damp!—garment, rolling it in a ball, and throws it out of the open porthole. The flying fish will be utterly perplexed. To give them more food for thought, I send her old nightgown to float along with my knickers.

Teaser:
“Who’re you? What’re you doing here? You’d better leave. Right now.” She blurted.
Questions, emotions and thoughts jumbling into words. This was her house. He was the trespasser. She never even thought of running. He didn’t seem threatening. In fact, he seemed somehow familiar. But she couldn’t place him. Like running into a lesser-known movie star on the subway.
“Oh, don’t be like that. We’re here for the weekend. For a party.”...

Agatha woke up to a sense of cold. Her clothes were wet, and the cold steel chair didn't help. Her body hurt all over.
As she opened her eyes to a dark room, the big bright screen hurt her eyes. As her pupils adjusted, she noticed what was on the screen: it was a photo of her at some modeling session from a few months ago.
She noticed she was now wearing a similar t-shirt, and it was wet as well.

“There are women ready to do some very nasty things to make some real money in this city, Tia,” the “boss” continued, walking slowly around the aisle between the “sets” like a corporate presenter, or perhaps a zookeeper. “I have my pick of the prettiest girls, and a line waiting to take their place. But I don't have a lot of lily-white blondes with Victoria's Secret figures on my roster.

Eric’s hands slightly shook as he held the envelope. It was of heavy, ivory colored paper, of excellent quality. While his own name and address had been clearly imprinted, with calligraphic artistry, on the front, it lacked any obvious signs of who would have sent it.

Cami looked up as her stepdad came into her room, slamming the door...
“Oh yeah, come on here, honey. It’s all okay. We were just asked to keep an eye out for you while your family is out of town. Pity about your auntie getting hurt like that.”
She smiled in relief and walked toward them into the corner of the alley blocked off by the van. Grady grabbed her as soon as she came near enough. He spun her around so that she was facing the other cops, and grinned.
“We’re just gonna have to take real good care of you...

Teaser: She didn’t realize she was holding her breath until he suddenly withdrew. She panted with relief for just a moment before she felt something else against her pussy lips. “No, please, please, please no,” she whimpered as his hard member slowly slid inside and then he was in her, really in her.

From his hunched position, Nick's gaze darted across Katie's sprawled-out form, his heart beating unsteadily. She looked vulnerable and disheveled in sleep, head tilted to the side with lips slightly parted, one limp arm hanging off the edge of the couch. Her top was bunched up at her neck, one bare breast plump in his hand, the nipple of the other reddened and glistening. Her skirt was twisted around her waist, her legs obscenely spread around...

Our hapless protagonist wakes up with no memory of last night and finds himself naked and erect out hundreds of miles from home in Southern California. He has to get home, but it seems like only women of wildly varying temperaments are going to be there for him.
Samantha Edwards, was eloquent, smart and rather pretty. On top of that she was hell of a sales woman. At the moment she was all but confirmed as the next VP of Sales of Binford Tools. I looked down and saw her lying naked on her belly, legs lewdly spread.
