I decided to try Campfire based on @KittyUmbrass recommendation and this is an excellent tool to organize all my thoughts and characters. Game changing tool here.
I'm having chatGPT help me with figuring out what all I need to fill in and what I don't need (I fed it my Hannah/Wendy stories and asked.)
Interestingly while creating Hannah's character sheet, chatGPT had her hair as brown! (She's a redhead through and through.) So I'm being careful to not fully go by what it's telling me and adjusting when it's obviously off.
