What a story! I’m thrilled. These kinds of dystopias with the loss of all rights, total dependence, and corresponding exploitation and humiliation are exactly my thing!

Here, rigid social rules governed behaviour, applied differently according to gender and social standing, cementing the principle that order was paramount, and freedom was a privilege earned through compliance.

It’s frightening how effortlessly you create this world – and how imaginable it has become by now. This paragraph really sent chills down my spine!


Apart from that, I really like the different victims you develop in your story. Every character is appealing, and personally, Zoe draws me in the most. Being possessed by her detested ex-husband is especially intriguing.
My only point of criticism — which has been mentioned before — is that the switches between the individual narrative threads happen too quickly. I, too, would find longer episodes focused on each of your characters more pleasant to read.

I’m very curious to see how things continue. Interesting that you’ve already written the ending. For me, it’s still completely impossible to predict what it will look like.

On your criticism. I will try to do this, but in future chapters their lives move closer to each other. I am going to need to find the right balance. In my mind it happens a bit like a movie, where each shot brings you closer to the climax. But I get your point.
