Elanor and Eugene honestly just need to get together. This would be a good exploration of relationships where both people experienced trauma.

If only painkillers actually worked on me :) Glad they worked on her, but I know the feeling of exhaustion after adrenaline rush is over, and doing a mentally and physically hard thing.

Being able to trust in ones own ability and knowing one has both parents on ones side is good.

Hmm yeah he might not be there in a good mood, but maybe working out some anger can be good.

Going to assume that the 50 degrees is freedom units, and just try to read the context of what that means in celcius :) Oh yeah 100F is body temp so perhaps its a bit nippy. Ok fine google says 10C that is a warm refrigerator :) Jeans are more inconvenient but hardly armour for a determined attacker, but I get it. Of course she can wreck at least some attackers. Sometimes a bit of cool air can be invigorating.

Ah yes sportsball, unlike sex, normally, it is when you try to put your balls in holes?

Yeah that tenseness is rough, but understandable. As is the difficulty of telling him what happened and why she hurt him. Also him observing she is in a bad state.

Yeah... Claire, hopefully they get to connect soon. I hate how many hurt people are in their friend group.

Good of him to move conversation back to what matters for the both of them.

Yeah not so easy to talk about... *sends migraine fairies with their needle rapiers to use Professor as a pincushion, stabbing not just eyes but other round things* Ooof also sending some to said coach...

Dark waters to navigate yeah...

I think Eugene could use a hug and Eleanor too, but I get that she might feel like her touch could be unwelcome right now too, after she fucked up.

Yeah applying just enough speed to a ball is hard, last time I tried was decades ago.

Eleanor has well coordinated body that can actually use those instructions she was given :)

Good to see him forgive her and for them both to release that tension and emotion.

Failing at commenting due to how my emotions are too intense, heart racing, fingers trembling and my eyes are leaking a bit...

No Eugene you are no more at fault than her for this mess, also you found the most important words she needed to hear. Also she understands that too.

Good that they will be there for each other.

I have to say that one thing I love about your stories, it is how real your characters act, think and feel, and that what happens actually matter, there is no glorification of the rape, but you treat it as a real thing, and sure for some those things can be hot too, almost despite oneself. I hope you keep writing more, as you write really well, and also I have to say that I know this was written first in German and then translated and the translation really feels like the story was written originally in English to me, there are no translation artifacts or soul missing, then again maybe if I could read German I would notice some things, but I can only say how the English text feels, it is really well written.

I really would love to see some story where Eleanor, Eugene, Claire and friends deal with the aftermath and raise from the ashes like phoenixes, not unburnt or unscathed, but where we can see them put their lives together and be happy again.

Well, don't bet on it. You know for yourself how much effort goes into writing a long story. And I'm still looking for the central idea that the sequel revolves around.

I'm actually considering to explore that angle but with Claire and Eugene.

Yeah... converting the 10 degrees celsius from the original into fahrenheit... I never felt so dirty before. Don't tell anyone! :shhh!:

Vela Nanashi wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2026 6:53 pm Yeah... Claire, hopefully they get to connect soon. I hate how many hurt people are in their friend group.
True, maybe the trauma density is a little too high here. And they are even unaware of what happened with Amelia on that Friday!

Vela Nanashi wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2026 6:53 pm Yeah applying just enough speed to a ball is hard, last time I tried was decades ago.
Yes, yes... I definitely knew what I was writing about here! I most cetainly did not watch a Youtube tutorial on how to throw a basketball to write this scene!

I always cry when Eugene talks about his abuse and how the hoop feels further away now despite him being taller. I cried so much while translating that scene because I was just emotionally stuck in that moment and couldn't move on before I got past that moment.

Thanks! That's essentially the mission statement for my writing. When I started reading stories on RavishU I felt like this was exactly what was missing from the catalogue of stories there. I knew that the majority of readers weren't looking for that kind of story and you can see here on RA too how writing straight forward rape fantasy that doesn't deal much with the severity of the act gets more attention usually. But there seems to be a demand for this kind of story from a small subgroup of the community. :)
Vela Nanashi wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2026 6:53 pm the translation really feels like the story was written originally in English to me
High praise, thanks! That was my main goal. :) I might be biased here, but I really think you can see the difference compared to the German stories that were just ranslated completely by AI.

I would like to write a story about healing and (re)discovering consensual sex. Not sure whether rising like a phoenix is my style. But exploring the psychology of healing would be interesting for me.

With Late Satisfaction now being finished, I have no unfinished story anymore. In my last announcement as owner of the forum back in October before I handed ownership over to @RapeU I said that I wanted to finish writing Record Chaser and translate Späte Genugtuung into English before I'd withdraw myself from the forum. Both tasks are completed now.

In the meantime, I got more involved in running the forum again than I originally had planned. Despite my best efforts, the community today is less active than it was back in April 2025 when we launched this forum. And the reception that both Record Chaser and Late Satisfaction got when I finished them is sadly symbolic of the stagnation or rather decline of the community. These are the two highest rated stories on the forum. But the second highest rated story on the forum being finished, written by arguably its most active member, barely registers with the community. The three people who commented (so far) all registered in April or May 2025. 1200 people registered since then, over 80% of all users. 25 people have participated in the attached poll. And unless this thread behaves vastly different from Record Chaser or all stories on the forum, there won't be more than maybe 3 more people responding to this story over the course of the next month or so. It makes me sad that even with roughly 200 users logging in each week, activity is lower than when we had 20 users in total.

With that, I will finally remove myself completely from running the forum and reduce my presence here to commenting on the stories of the people I'm close with and chatting with them. So I will no longer do moderation work, write announcements, implement new features, organize contests, give feedback to authors who don't provide feedback themselves or do behind the scenes organizing and planning.

I'll always appreciate anyone who leaves a comment on one of my stories. I'll always take the time to reply to a reader who shares their thoughts on a story I wrote. But as far as the forum at large is concerned, I'm joining the ranks of those who watch it from the sidelines. I wish @RapeU and his team the best of luck turning this around. And I want to say a big thank you to @Vela Nanashi, @Lucius, @chloevee and @LaLia who helped me moderate the forum while I owned it! Now @Claire gets to enjoy being pretty in gold. :)

Welcome to the academy! Did you by any chance come to us from AO3?

If you want to learn a bit more about the characters in this universe, Record Chaser is definitely the next story you should read. I'm currently giving the early chapters of that story a bit of an overhaul, bringing my early writing closer to my current level. I'm looking forward to your thoughts on the characters!

Thank you for the kind comment and the rating!

Hi, this is a commenter from ao3. Disiop.

I loved the conclusion of this story. I wish I could into deeper depth about what I loved about it - Eleanor acknowledging that physical prowess can fail to stop abuse, both of them reconciling, Eugene's kidness - but it's 2 am rn lol

Thank you, by the way, for the way you write these fics. Most of the fics I read of this nature seemed to have this cold indifference towards the reality of it. You, at least, acknowledge the horrible reality of it and set a clear line between fantasy and reality. So thank you.

Also, Ive said this in all the other comments I left on old chapters, but your use of characterization and other techniques is just great. They may be simplistic in application (even this could be wrong, I'm sleep deprived lol), but they were used well.

Also, one last fuck you to Mr. Robertson. He may have felt guilty about it, but fuck him!

@Bluebell I appreciate you coming over and the great comment. I promise, I'll be responding to each one individually either later today or tomorrow. :)

If you liked the story, I'd appreciate if you gave it a rating here and a kudos on AO3. It helps to get some more eyes on a story in the long run.

I'd love to read a comment from you going more in depth once you got some sleep. ;)

Thank you! I wrote the original German version of the story from November 2024 to January 2025. I had just started writing in October 2024 so I was still very inexperienced and probably still am compared to some more seasoned writers. But I might have smoothed out some beginner mistakes during the translation process.

Thank you for the in-depth commentary. Means a lot! I hope you find some other stories here that interest you, not just mine.

Apologies for the late reply.

Touched and pleasantly surprised by the shout-out Claire.

Loved the story. Got invested.

Even if there's no sequel, I would love to see more work from you. I love your writing, especially with Record Chaser and Late Satisfaction. I dunno why, but I prefer when these things actually have a story.

P.S. I don't know how to do that thing with the names.
