The milking business does nothing for me, like the idea of breasts expanding in a natural way, even if it's temporary, is nice, but breastmilk is best left to infants. 
Speaking of breasts -- I don't go for tits bigger than head either. I totally get this kink, I do, it's just that I stop somewhere in the vicinity of D/DD and the majority of my fantasy gals have much less breast-flesh.
