Though some of the positioning was kinda hard to follow. It also made some sense as the girls were all sensually-repressed, left with only the sense of touch, at least that that what I got out of it.
Your use of magic in the sexual details was inspiring. especially portal teleportation, sticking your tongue down inside your own mouth and allowing you to flick your own clit!! And then having orc cock fuck tits and throats simultaneously. I also liked the dimensional joining of the three elves, so they all simultaneously experienced their rapes...well... simultaneously. All great stuff.

(I don't know anything about Elven gestation) but I did find a potential timing issue with the elves having birthed countless off spring, and then have the main character's lusty Paladin appearing at the end as though no time had passed? But when you're dealing with magic I guess anything can be explained away?

Loved this, despite being mildly confused by positions and "logistics" at times.

As for gestation time for my elves, it varies with how much food/nutrients they have, what kind of child they are making (larger or more magically powerful babies take longer), and if there is any magic going on in and around them, like for instance the breeding chamber makes sense to have in a time accelerated pocket dimension especially for your elves that can't die from time or sex, you may also not mind spending your mortal male slaves in there too, as who cares, if you are a mindflayer at least you don't really care, as long as you get use out of them first.

Timey whimey things and travelling between dimensions and planar alignment magic stuff going on Fey sometimes capture a person and thousands of years pass in the real world before they return, so to me why not the opposite Also I don't shy away from time travel too, particularly with my eldritch entities that really don't care about the order of events, or making loops and such, or seeing why that is a problem

Usually I don’t really care for magic and magical worlds but after reading this story I start to wonder if I might have been wrong the entire time. A good story and (for me) very different from what I usually like.

How could I not enjoy it? Especially with three lovely mothers of thousands? When I got to that part I was terribly hooked. Especially after how the Mindflayer was messing with their minds. It's also in the first person, which makes the story really good, and even though I'm not a big fan of people of color, it was really fun to read this story. And then there's another ring gag, the icing on the cake, so to speak.
