A small suggestion, assuming Amy gets the chance to speak eventually: given her phobias, it would be fun to punish her and make her apologize to Blackton and Lamb for letting them ruin her holes. I've seen image forums that have categories broken up into not just rape, but also imminent rape and rape victim. They all have their place. I think stories can be the same. Personally, I like the build-up and the after-effects as much or more than the rape itself. This is probably how skuttrusk is building such an effective tale.
