Re: Does Humor Belong in Rape Stories?
I know that for all my desires to mix up styles, intensities, POV characters, it remains a fact that most of my stories retain at least a touch of something absurd, surreal, or high-concept. Very little deadpan seriousness marks the whole of any story. So humor can and does work its way in. I've been re-posting old stories since I found this site yesterday, and many of my first choices include some of my most amusing stories, with characters that just don't react to their world in a serious way.

Re: Does Humor Belong in Rape Stories?
I think I would straight up die if I tried to force myself to write an entire erotica story without any humor in it. Like, even the darkest, grimmest horror stories usually have at least one or two chuckles to offset the mood. An atmosphere that’s always serious is just dull, no matter how well written.
And humor is often an integral part of rape stories. Yes, rape is a serious and terrible thing for its victims… which makes it hit even harder when their rapists make light of the situation. Talking about a deeply traumatic event in someone’s life with crude dialogue like “hah, you see her face when she gagged on your cum? LOL” is part of the degradation and belittling at the core of the experience.

Re: Does Humor Belong in Rape Stories?
Humor, to some degree, is present in pretty much all of my stories, barring the truly tragic ones like Last Command-- and even there, I portray some of the Mexicans in a slightly cartoonish way that will come across as either stereotypical or funny (hopefully in a dark way given the nature of this story).
One example = a woke student gets forced to suck a revolver and gets told "Take this taste of the Second Amendment!" Or another student who gets asked "Do I feel lucky? Well do you girl?" when she's about to get a 44 Magnum shoved in her mouth and taste some gunpowder. OR... the woke student gets raped by an old man wearing a Cleveland Indians ball cap with Chief Wahoo, so she gets raped by an old creep with the bonus of feeling offended too.

I think humor is fine in any kind of story.
A tomboy being the best fucking rape of a rapist career could be funny to him and humiliating for her to hear.
Any victim forced to cum could be considered funny, if she protested all the way through her rape only to cum near the end of it.
