So, had two ideas for short story contests, both of which are more like writing exercises but could be fun.

Keep it clean - Can you write a porn story without using any foul language?
No Repeats - There's a thousand words for fucking, pussy, and cock. Try to write a scene without repeating any of those terms.

11 February marks a year without RavishU, so I'd like to offer Higher Education as an idea. Contest stories must be set in a university/college/military academy etc. or at least feature undergraduates... more to the point, undergraduettes.
