"You will post your stories in the "Ravished in a Flash - Contestants" board. I will create a topic in there with some more information. There will also be a timer in that board telling you how much time you have left to write. But it might take me a littlte until tomorrow to set all this up, so please be patient with me."
Sorry for asking, but I can't find the thread 'Ravished in a Flash - Contestants' in the'Literature Department, where I can post my story. Where and how can I find it? I can't find it with either my usual nickname or the nickname I was assigned for the contest.
Thank you for your help!
The board is just below the Author's Story Collections board.

I have used pictures before, and for certain stories an illustration might help, in others it distracts.
For contest purposes I am with @Shocker and @RapeU
Especially when the text needs to be short, for the field to be level only the "wordsmithing" should count.
It's difficult enough to limit the story to 500 characters, as I just found out. In such a short story, an image can be crucial for the readers' sympathy, making them more likely to vote for a story with a picture. So I am against it. But we could definitely start a thread or even a contest where images play a main role.
1) The stories length is limited to 250 to 1,000 words. It says so in the second sentence of the opening post and in the list. 500 characters would most likely be around ~100 words which would be too short.
2) It seems that the opinion on including images in contest stories is either people being clearly against it or being indifferent. So we'll go with no pictures. But, after the first round is over, images may be added.

What about flash fiction with 1000 words and 500 characters in the story? Like, that many participants. So something like, "Jill screamed as she was held down and raped by Bob, then Joe, Harry, Bill, Sam, Frank, ..." I don't think it would be a good story, IMHO.
