No you didn't. There is no such topic there. Please post it now, then it will be added to the others. But there was no story yesterday.

And now we are up to 12 stories!

@MasterDebater I fixed the formatting, the missing link to the contest thread, and added the missing tags on the story. Then I moved it to the Public Stories board and pinned it. It can now be read and rated like all the other stories.

For future reference: If you properly post a story, you should be able to see the topic afterward. If you can't see your own topics after creating them, you most likely did something wrong and should just try again.

I tried several times last night. Sometimes the tags wouldn't insert (there was no option at all). Then everything looked fine in the preview, and I clicked "send." But apparently, it wasn't transmitted.

Anyway, thanks for fixing it.

And now I'll start reading the individual stories and rate them if I like them.

I read and rated half of the stories today. I'm looking forward to reading the other half tomorrow! :) I hope we'll see some engagement with the stories from non-contestants soon.

Technically we have already seen some. :d

Seriously, dear silent readers -- if you see something you truly like, tell it to the author!
I guess it works with 'hate' too. ;)

And the first round is over! Thanks a lot to our contestants. I think we saw great variety in the interpretation of the Cherry Picking theme. This first round gave us the most active day the forum ever had on January 17. We got 13 different people leaving feedback for our contestants. No contest has even been remotely this well received since Gang Rape Galore back in June. Thank you very much to all who commented and/or rated stories!

Results of the first round

Advancing to the quarterfinal (Pen Name - Rating)
Eliminated are (Pen Name - Real Name - Rating) A big thank you to the five contestants who leave the tournament after this round. I hope to see you try your hand again at the upcoming Kristen's Board Memorial Contest!

The remaining 8 will soon face off against each other in 1 vs 1 matches in the quarterfinal. The new theme for the quarterfinal is All By Myself. I will let you know soon who will face off against who.

So you didn't like my story enough, huh? Well, you can all go to hell! JUST KIDDING! I had fun and I will certainly participate again. I was beat out by some very fine writers, and if I was going to get knocked out, I am proud it was them! What this does is motivate me to try even harder next time around and improve my writing skills. Good luck and good wishes to those who will continue to the next round.

I was surprised to see you rank so low in the end! Your story was the shortest one in the entire round I think and I like it when an author embraces the shortness of the format. In the first tournament, I made a similar experience. I was the only one who didn't get close to the 1,000 word limit and was eliminated in round 1 too!

Are you interested in writing something for the Kristen's Board Memorial contest? @Vile8r, the godfather of noncon writing, telling a tale of consensual sex is something I can't wait to see. ;)
