Creating Hyperlinks?
Sorry if this is a newb question, but I'm trying to create a hyperlink using the title of my piece and the url for it. But I can't find a formatting page for how to connect the two. Can anyone show me an example? Thanks in advance.

Re: Creating Hyperlinks?
Welcome aboard Charlie. There's two main ways of putting in a URL.
First is from the fully featured reply option, click on the chain icon in the top row. Enter the name of the link and the URL.https://ravishmentacademy.com
Second option is to manually type out the following.
Hope this helps.

Re: Creating Hyperlinks?
@LtBroccoli You actually mixed up the the URL and the text of the link.
@CharlieWasHere If you are interessted in the use of BBCodes to format text in general, give the BBCode Guide a look. And here is what the code for the link to the BBCode Guide looks like:
So in general:
You can make your life a little easier by clicking on the "Insert URL" button above the text editor window. That is the symbol that looks like a small chain in the top row, just between the image symbol and the color wheel symbol.
I hope that helps. If not, please ask again!

Thanks a lot for the explanation — I’m so relieved I’m not the only one struggling with this. I honestly felt so old until I finally figured out how it works

Actually, I suspect you to struggle more with BBCode when you're younger. If you are 23 right now, you probably have never seen a forum like this before. When I registered on RavishU, I vaguely remembered how to use BBCodes back from when I registered on a forum as a teenager. But if you're Gen Z, you likely never even saw a phpBB forum before. So I feel old because I know how to use BBCode from my youth!JTCK wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 3:13 pm Thanks a lot for the explanation — I’m so relieved I’m not the only one struggling with this. Re: Creating Hyperlinks?
@Claire - Thanks. This site's a little different from RU, so I'm still getting used to it.
